The Department of Technical Education trusts its responsibility is to aspiring engineering students, their parents, faculty, private managements, and the community around and to the world community as well with a set of guidelines:

To provide the best infrastructure with state of the art facilities in Technical Institutions;

To train and produce through formal and non-formal methods, the skilled engineers/scientists and knowledge workers in adequate numbers;

To achieve socio-economic development of the state and become a major destination for the skilled human resource development in the world.
